Suniva posts $1.58 million net loss for month ended May 31, no revenue

Pittsburgh, June 21 – Suniva, Inc. posted a $1.58 million net loss for May on zero revenue, according to its monthly operating report filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The company listed $10,684 in unrestricted cash and cash equivalents as of May 31.

Suniva, a Norcross, Ga.-based manufacturer of high-efficiency crystalline silicon photovoltaic (PV) solar cells and high-power solar modules, filed bankruptcy on April 17. The Chapter 11 case number is 17-10837.
