Chicago, Jan. 16 – Athene Global Funding sold $750 million of 5.58% notes with a five-year tenor, according to a market source.
The funding agreement-backed notes priced at Treasuries plus 160 basis points. Price talk was in the 180 bps area.
BofA Securities, Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC were the bookrunners.
Athene Global Funding is a financing arm of Pembroke, Bermuda-based retirement services company Athene Holding Ltd.
