Athene Global to price notes due 2025, 2029 in three tranches

Los Angeles, Jan. 4 – Athene Global Funding is offering notes in three tranches, according to a market source.

A floating-rate tranche due Jan. 7, 2025 will be priced at SOFR plus an equivalent spread.

Athene will also sell fixed-rate notes due Jan. 7, 2025 with talk in the Treasuries plus 90 basis points area.

A fixed-rate tranche due Jan. 7, 2029 is talked at the Treasuries plus 135 bps area.

Deutsche Bank, Citi, Credit Suisse and RBC are the bookrunners.

Athene Global Funding is a financing arm of Pembroke, Bermuda-based retirement services company Athene Holding Ltd.
