Chicago, March 19 – Athene Global Funding sold a single-trance offering for $550 million of 2.5% funding agreement-backed notes due March 24, 2028 on Friday, according to a market source.
The notes priced with a spread of Treasuries plus 118 basis points.
Initial price talk was in the Treasuries plus 135 bps area.
BofA Securities Inc, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC worked as bookrunners for the offering.
Athene Global Funding is a financing arm of Pembroke, Bermuda-based retirement services company Athene Holding Ltd.
