Tupelo, Miss., Oct. 13 – Athene Global Funding sold an upsized $600 million of 1.2% three-year funding agreement-backed senior secured notes (A/A) on Tuesday at a spread of Treasuries plus 103 basis points, according to an informed source.
Initial price talk was in the Treasuries plus 120 bps area.
The deal was upsized from $300 million.
BofA Securities, Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC were the bookrunners of the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.
Athene Global Funding is a financing arm of Pembroke, Bermuda-based retirement services company Athene Holding Ltd.
