Des Moines, Jan. 5 - Adriana Resources Inc. arranged a private placement of shares for C$2.544 million.
The company sold 3.392 million shares at C$0.75 each.
Proceeds of the non-brokered placement will be used for continued exploration at the company's properties in Nunavut, Quebec and Finland and for general working capital.
Adriana is a mineral exploration and development company based in Vancouver, B.C.
