Halcyon Loan Advisors 2014-2 to redeem A-1-A, A-1-B, A-2, B, C notes

Columbus, Ohio, April 7 – Halcyon Loan Advisors Funding 2014-2 BV will refinance its class A-1A, A-1B, A-2, B and class C notes by redemption on April 28 at the direction of holders of a majority of the subordinated notes, according to notice from trustee U.S. Bank, NA.

The redemption amounts are as follow, with the total prices reflecting par plus accrued interest:

• $220 million of class A-1-A notes for a total redemption price of $221,419,195.56;

• $110 million of class A-1-B notes for a total redemption price of $110,661,197.78;

• $82.5 million of class A-2 notes for a total redemption price of $83,112,865;

• $38.5 million of class B notes for a total redemption price of $38,880,114.78; and

• $33 million of class C notes for a total redemption price of $33,366,146.

The class D and E and subordinated notes will not be refinanced.
