CNH Industrial to sell notes due 2026 through eight bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 29 – CNH Industrial Capital LLC intends to offer notes due 2026, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by CNH Industrial Capital America LLC and New Holland Credit Co., LLC.

The notes feature a make-whole call and then a par call.

Barclays, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, RBC Capital Markets Corp., BBVA Securities Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and MUFG are the bookrunners.

The Racine, Wis.-based financial services company plans to use the proceeds for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
