Lyse extends NOK 1.5 billion revolving credit facility by five years

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 11 – Lyse AS amended and extended its existing NOK 1.5 billion syndicated revolving credit facility, according to a notice.

The revolver was extended by five years and includes two additional one-year extension options.

SEB acted as lead arranger for the amendment and also acts as facility agent. Danske, Nordea and Svenska Handelsbanken also recommitted to the amended facility as lead arrangers.

Lyse is a power company based in Stavanger, Norway.
