Lyse sells NOK 500 million six-year green bonds at Nibor plus 81 bps

Chicago, April 5 – Lyse AS issued NOK 500 million of green bonds due April 18, 2023 with an interest rate of Nibor plus 81 basis points.

SEB was the bookrunner and green structuring adviser.

Proceeds will be used to finance projects as defined in Lyse’s green bonds framework, according to a company announcement.

The transaction was close to three times oversubscribed, the company added.

Lyse is an energy, infrastructure and telecommunications company based in Sandnes, Norway.
