Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 2 – Lyse AS priced NOK 1.25 billion of fixed- and floating-rate green bonds in two tranches on Monday, according to a press release.
Lyse sold seven-year floating-rate notes to yield Nibor plus 69 basis points.
The company sold 1.73% eight-year fixed-rate notes.
Nordea was the bookrunner and green bond adviser.
Lyse is an energy, infrastructure and telecommunications company based in Sandnes, Norway.
