Biozone Pharmaceuticals reports plans for $8 million private placement

Biopharmaceutical company to sell either shares or other securities

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 27 - Biozone Pharmaceuticals, Inc. will price an $8 million private placement of stock or other securities, according to an 8-K filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Biozone Pharmaceuticals is a Henderson, Nev., biopharmaceutical company.
