By Wendy Van Sickle
Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 24 – Quintis Ltd. said a majority of noteholders agreed to again extend a waiver related to its failure to provide its financial statements for the quarter ended March 31 by the May 30 deadline under the terms of its 8¾% senior secured notes.
The terms of the waiver will now be in place until Aug. 30, after having been extended last week to Aug. 23 from Aug. 16, according to a press release.
As previously reported, the company failed to provide its financial statements for the quarter ended March 31 by the May 30 deadline under the terms of the notes. It was required to either publish the statements or receive a waiver of the reporting default by July 8. It announced the receipt of a waiver on July 10.
The waiver was initially set to expire on July 30. It had previously been extended to Aug. 9 and Aug. 16.
