By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 9 – Quintis Ltd. said a majority of noteholders agreed to extend a waiver related to its failure to provide its financial statements for the quarter ended March 31 by the May 30 deadline under the terms of its 8¾% senior secured notes.

Specifically, the terms of the waiver were extended to Aug. 16 from Aug. 9, according to a press release.

The waiver had previously been extended to Aug. 9 from July 30.
