New Issue: Klovern’s Corem sells SEK 2.35 billion floating-rate green bonds

Chicago, Jan. 13 – Klovern AB’s parent company, Corem Property Group AB, sold SEK 2.35 billion of floating-rate green bonds with an interest rate based on Stibor plus 275 basis points, according to multiple notices.

The notes will mature on Oct. 21, 2024.

The bonds will be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Nordea Bank Abp and Swedbank AB are the dealer managers for the Regulation S deal.

Proceeds were to be used for a tender offer.

Klovern is a real estate company based in Stockholm.
