Columbus, Ohio, July 6 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $543,000 of autocallable contingent coupon equity-linked securities due June 30, 2022 linked to the least performing of the VanEck Vectors Semiconductor ETF and the SPDR S&P Biotech ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 9.4% if each underlying fund closes at or above its 55% coupon barrier on the related quarterly observation date.
The notes will be called at par if each fund closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly call observation date.
The payout at maturity will be par unless either underlier finishes below its 55% final barrier value, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the least-performing fund.
