Poland’s GetBack plans euro benchmark offering of five-year notes

New York, July 12 – GetBack SA, a Polish debt collection services company, plans to price a euro-denominated benchmark offering of five-year senior unsecured notes in a Regulation S deal, according to market sources.

The notes are non-callable for two years.

Proceeds will be used for refinancing debt.

GetBack is based in Wroclaw, Poland.
