Voyage Care plans redemption of notes due 2023 from new offering

Chicago, Jan. 18 – Voyage Care is planning to redeem notes due 2023 issued by Voyage Care BondCo plc from the proceeds of a new offering of notes, according to an announcement.

The redemption will cover, in full, the £215 million of 5 7/8% senior secured notes due 2023 and the £35 million 10% second-lien notes due 2023.

Voyage Care is a London-based provider of services to special needs people.
