New York, May 2 - Bio-Solutions Manufacturing, Inc. revealed the terms of its previously announced private placement with T&T Capital.
The company sold 4.5 million units of one share and one warrant at $0.50 per unit
Each warrant is exercisable at $1.00.
The proceeds will be used for the development of the company's biodiesel products.
Located in Hattiesburg, Miss., Bio Solutions develops microbiological products for waste bioremediation.
