Bio-Solutions arranges $5 million placement of convertible preferreds

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 14 - Bio-Solutions Manufacturing, Inc. said it plans a $5 million private placement of series C convertible preferred stock.

The company used the proceeds from the offering to finance new biodiesel fuel facilities, for working capital and for other general corporate purposes.

Located in Hattiesburg, Miss., Bio Solutions develops microbiological products for waste bioremediation.
