New Issue: Barclays prices $545,000 barrier digital notes linked to Square stock

Tacoma, Wash., Feb. 28 – Barclays Bank plc priced $545,000 of 0% barrier digital notes due Aug. 27, 2020 linked to the class A common stock of Square, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final share price is greater than or equal to the upper barrier value, 80% of the initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par plus 21.4%.

If the final share price is less than the upper barrier value but greater than or equal to the lower barrier value, 55% of the initial share price, the payout will be par.

If the final share price is less than the lower barrier value, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the stock declines from the initial share price.
