New York, Feb. 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $800,000 of 0% digital contingent buffered notes due Jan. 29, 2025 linked to the common stock of Wayfair, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive par plus 27.16% if the stock closes at or above its 50% contingent buffer level. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
