New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.17 million 20.5% callable yield notes on stocks, ETF

Chicago, Aug. 14 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.17 million of 20.5% callable yield notes due July 31, 2025 linked to the least performing of the stocks of Apple Inc. and Wayfair Inc. and the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable monthly.

The notes may be called on any monthly interest payment date starting Jan. 31, 2024 at par.

The payout at maturity will be par if the worst performing asset finishes at or above its 50% trigger. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing asset declines if it finishes below the trigger level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
