New Issue: Germany’s EnBW sells €500 million 1.875% 15-year green bonds at 99.534

Chicago, Oct. 26 – EnBW Energie Baden-Wurttemberg AG said it priced €500 million of 1.875% 15-year green bonds (expected A3/A-) at 99.534.

The underwriters are BBVA, DZ Bank, LBBW and Morgan Stanley.

The bond issue “was oversubscribed within hours,” according to a notice.

Proceeds will be used to fund projects in the fields of wind power, photovoltaics and electric mobility.

EnBW is an electric utilities company based in Karlsruhe, Germany
