New Issue: Helios Towers sells $225 million upsized add-on to 7% notes due 2025

Los Angeles, Sept. 10 – Helios Towers plc’s indirect wholly owned subsidiary, HTA Group, Ltd., priced $225 million of additional 7% senior notes due 2025 at 106.25 to yield 5.61%, according to a press release.

The notes, which are guaranteed by Helios Towers and some of its direct and indirect subsidiaries, are the same class as the $750 million of 7% notes due 2025 issued on June 18.

The add-on offering was upsized from $200 million.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include acquisitions.

Helios is a London-based telecommunications company serving customers in Africa.
