Helios Towers to price $200 million add-on to 7% notes due 2025

By Marisa Wong

Los Angeles, Sept. 9 – Helios Towers plc’s indirect wholly owned subsidiary, HTA Group, Ltd., is launching an offering of $200 million of additional 7% senior notes due 2025, according to a press release.

The notes will be guaranteed by Helios Towers and some of its direct and indirect subsidiaries.

HTA had priced an upsized $750 million of the 7% notes due 2025 in June, as previously reported.

Proceeds from the add-on will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include acquisitions.

Helios is a London-based telecommunications company serving customers in Africa.
