Moody's assigns Helios Towers B2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a B2 corporate family rating and B2-PD probability of default rating to Helios Towers plc, the new holding company of the group and has withdrawn the B2 CFR and B2-PD probability of default ratings assigned to Helios Towers, Ltd. At the same time, Moody's affirmed the B2 rating assigned to the $600 million of senior guaranteed notes due 2022 issued by HTA Group, Ltd. The outlook is stable.

The assignment of the B2 to Helios Towers plc reflects a change in the group structure with Helios Towers plc being the new listed holding company of the group as well as the entity which will report consolidated financial statements going forward.
