Fitch affirms Bio-Rad

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed Bio-Rad Laboratories Inc.'s ratings, including the BBB- issuer default rating.

The outlook is stable.

The agency said that the affirmation reflects Bio-Rad's operating profile and cash generation, which are supported by a high proportion of recurring revenue sales.

Fitch noted that economic headwinds will continue to impact operating performance, particularly in the company's life sciences segment.
