Venture XII CLO holders discuss potential secured note refinancing

Minneapolis, Feb. 7 – Venture XII CLO, Ltd. said certain holders of beneficial owners of subordinated notes entered into discussions relating to a potential redemption of all classes of secured notes, according to a notice.

The class A-R, B-R, C-R, D-R and E-R notes would be redeemed using refinancing proceeds.

Citibank, NA is the trustee.
