New Issue: TD Bank prices $5 million of autocallable Stars linked to tech stock basket

Buffalo, N.Y., Feb. 14 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $5 million of 0% autocallable Strategic Accelerated Redemption Securities due Feb. 26, 2027 linked to a stock basket, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of Meta Platforms, Inc. with a 33.33% weight, Nvidia Corp. with a 33.33% weight and Tesla, Inc. with a 33.34% weight.
The notes will be called at par plus a premium of 19.25% per year if the closing level of the basket is greater than or equal to its starting value on any annual observation date.
If the notes are not called at maturity, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the basket.
