Chicago, March 29 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch, priced $1.2 million of 17.75% yield notes due March 17, 2022 linked to the common stock of Tesla, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable March 17, 2022.
The payout will be par unless the stock finishes below its 60% knock-in level, in which case investors will be exposed to the decline of from its initial level.
