Eastern Outfitters’ seven-member unsecured creditors committee named

Pittsburgh, Feb. 15 – Eastern Outfitters, LLC’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Wednesday by acting Region 3 U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The members of the committee are Kimberly Troast of Under Armor Inc. of Baltimore; Stephanie Rectenwal of Wolverine Worldwide, Inc. of Rockford, Mich.; Lisa Long of VF Outdoor, LLC of Appleton, Wis.; Chris Willis of CVS Pharmacy, Inc. of Woonsocket, R.I.; R. Michelle Pinckney of Valassis, Inc. of Windsor, Conn.; Robert Hanus of Carhartt, Inc. of Dearborn, Mich.; and Brian Johnson of K2 Corp. of Seattle.

Eastern Outfitters, a Meriden, Conn.-based retailer, filed bankruptcy on Feb. 5. Its Chapter 11 case number is 17-10243.
