Chicago, Aug. 24 – Royal Bank of Canada priced $4.64 million of 0% digital notes due Aug. 26, 2019 linked to the SPDR S&P Regional Banking ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the fund finishes at or above its 90% threshold, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of $1,148 for each $1,000 principal amount.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. is the guarantor.
RBC Capital Markets, LLC is the agent.
