New Issue: JPMorgan prices $4.53 million autocallable contingent interest notes on indexes, ETF

Chicago, March 12 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4.53 million of autocallable contingent interest notes due Feb. 9, 2026 linked to Russell 2000 index, Nasdaq-100 technology sector index and SPDR S&P Regional Banking ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 10.4% per year payable monthly if the worst performing asset closes at or above its 60% interest barrier level on the related valuation date.

The securities will be called automatically starting after six months on any monthly review date if the worst performing asset closes at or above its initial level.

At maturity the payout will be par if each asset closes above its 55% trigger level. If any asset closes below its trigger level, investors will be exposed to the losses of the worst performing asset.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
