New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1.39 million autocallable jump securities on index, ETFs

New York, March 6 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.39 million of jump securities with autocallable feature due Feb. 26, 2027 linked to the Nasdaq-100 Technology Sector index, the SPDR S&P Regional Banking ETF and the iShares Russell 2000 ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The securities will be called automatically at a price to give a return of 20.1% per year if the closing level of each underlier is greater than or equal to its initial level on any quarterly call determination date starting Feb. 26, 2025.

At maturity, the payout will be par plus 60.3% if the worst performing underlier finishes at or above its initial level.

If the worst performing underlier declines but finishes at or above its 60% downside threshold, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performing underlier.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
