Toisa granted approval to sell Toisa Paladin and Toisa Pegasus vessels

Pittsburgh, Dec. 13 – Toisa Ltd. obtained court approval Thurssday to sell its Toisa Paladin and Toisa Pegasus vessels, according to orders filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

James Fisher and Sons plc has agreed to buy the Toisa Paladin for $20.35 million, and Subsea 7 Offshore Resources (UK) Ltd. has agreed to purchase the Toisa Pegasus for $39.95 million.

Toisa said in the motion that the vessels were extensively marketed.

Toisa is a Hamilton, Bermuda-based shipping business. The company filed for bankruptcy on Jan. 29, 2017 under Chapter 11 case number 17-10184.
