AerCap Ireland, AerCap Global will redeem 4 5/8% notes on Aug. 19

Chicago, July 20 – AerCap Ireland Capital DAC and AerCap Global Aviation Trust announced the upcoming redemption of all of the $999 million principal amount outstanding of their 4 5/8% senior notes due 2020 (Cusip: 00772BAQ4), according to a notice.

The redemption price will be par plus the applicable premium and accrued interest.

The notes must be surrendered to Wilmington Trust, NA, the trustee.

AerCap is an independent aircraft leasing company based in Amsterdam.
