LightPoint Pan-European CLO 2006 to redeem three classes of notes

Norfolk, Va., Jan. 20 – LightPoint Pan-European CLO 2006 plc plans to redeem three classes of its notes, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Jan. 31:

• €15,169,416.26 of class C notes, for a total redemption price of €15,182,519.26;

• €20 million of class D notes, for a total redemption price of €20,065,831.11; and

• €9.5 million of class E notes, for a total redemption price of €9,583,467.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

Neuberger Berman Investment Advisers LLC is the collateral manager.
