TalkTalk Telecom plans £100 million add-on to 3 7/8% notes due 2025

By Rebecca Melvin

New York, Jan. 26 – TalkTalk Telecom Group plc plans to price a £100 million add-on to its 3 7/8% notes due 2025, according to a notice.

The Regulation S notes will be consolidated and treated as a single class with the company's outstanding £575 million of the notes issued under a Feb. 20, 2020 indenture.

The bookrunners are HSBC, Barclays, NatWest, DNB, ING, MUFG and Santander.

The proceeds are earmarked to repay £98 million of principal amounts drawn under the company’s revolving credit facility (and cancel £100 million of commitments across such revolver and its bilateral revolver) and to pay costs, expenses and fees related to the offering and refinancing transactions.

The television, internet and mobile network services company is based in London.
