S&P rates Banco BPM notes BBB-

S&P said it assigned its BBB- issue rating to the proposed senior unsecured preferred social notes to be issued by Banco BPM SpA.

The agency assigned ratings to the bank on Nov. 7, including a BBB- issuer credit rating.

The outlook is positive.
