By Rebecca Melvin

New York, Jan. 18 – Argentina’s Genneia SA has mandated Citigroup, BofA Merrill Lynch and Itau BBA to arrange a series of fixed-income investor meetings starting on Friday for a reopening of its 8¾% notes due 2022.

Roadshow meetings will wrap up on Monday, with a deal following subject to market conditions.

Genneia, a power company based in Buenos Aires, priced the initial $350 million of the 8¾% notes in January 2017.
