China’s East Tactic plans to offer new senior guaranteed notes

Chicago, Jan. 25 – Easy Tactic Ltd. is planning to offer new senior guaranteed notes, according to an announcement.

The company will be using the proceeds to fund a tender offer.

Easy Tactic is a special purpose vehicle of Guangzhou, China-based real estate developer R&F Properties.
