New Issue: Hong Kong’s Mega Wisdom sells $400 million 5.4% guaranteed notes due 2021

Detroit, Nov. 4 – Mega Wisdom Global Ltd. issued $400 million of 5.4% guaranteed notes due 2021, according to a notice on Wednesday.

The notes are guaranteed by Fortune Joy Ventures Ltd. and Sino-Ocean Capital Holding Ltd., with a keepwell deed by Sino-Ocean Group Holding Ltd.

Haitong International, J.P. Morgan, HSBC, Huatai International and Standard Chartered Bank acted as joint global coordinators, joint lead managers and joint bookrunners on the Regulation S deal.

China International Capital Corp., Guotai Junan International, Central Wealth Securities Investment Ltd., CMB Wing Lung Bank Ltd., CMBC Capital, Citigroup, China Citic Bank International and Nomura were joint lead managers and joint bookrunners.

The property developer is based in Hong Kong.
