S&P turns HBOR outlook to positive

S&P said it revised its outlook to positive from stable on Hrvatska banka za obnovu i razvitak (HBOR). At the same time, the agency affirmed the bank’s BBB+ long-term foreign- and local-currency issuer credit ratings on HBOR.

On Friday, S&P revised its outlook for Croatia to positive from stable.

“The stable outlook on HBOR mirrors that on Croatia and reflects our view that the bank's role and link with the government are unlikely to change over at least the next two years. We therefore expect our ratings and outlook on HBOR to move in line with those on Croatia,” the agency said in a press release.
