Lexington, Ky., Oct. 21 – Banco Santander Chile announced it placed dematerialized and bearer bonds series U-6 maturing in 2026, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The bonds, totaling CLP 2 billion, had an average placement rate of 7.58%.
No further information was disclosed regarding the coupon, bookrunners or participants in the transaction.
The bank is based in Santiago, Chile.
