S&P ups Tenaska Georgia Partners

S&P said it raised its rating on Tenaska Georgia Partners LP’s senior secured debt to BBB+ from BBB.

The upgrade follows an upgrade to BBB+ from BBB on TGP’s sole counterparty Constellation Energy Generation LLC on Nov. 22, S&P said.

The outlook is stable.
