Moody's stabilizes Tenaska Georgia view

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook to stable from negative and affirmed the Baa2 rating on Tenaska Georgia Partners, LP's senior secured bonds.

“The affirmation of TGP's Baa2 rating and change in the outlook to stable from negative reflects TGP's linkage to the tolling agreement with the off-taker, Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (CEG: Baa2 stable), whose name was changed from Exelon Generation Co. LLC, as part of CEG's separation from Exelon Corp. (Baa2 stable) completed in early February 2022,” Moody’s said in a press release.
