S&P trims Tenaska Georgia

S&P said it trimmed Tenaska Georgia Partners LP’s senior secured bonds to BBB from BBB+, citing the downgrade of its sole counterparty Exelon Generation Co. LLC to BBB from BBB+ on Wednesday.

The outlook is negative.
