S&P rates Global Atlantic Financial notes BBB-
S&P said it assigned its BBB- senior debt rating to Global Atlantic Financial Group’s senior notes due 2029.
Global Atlantic (Fin) Co. is issuing these notes, which are fully guaranteed by Global Atlantic Financial Ltd. Both entities have BBB- long-term issuer credit ratings.
“We expect GAFG to use the offering proceeds to pay down the drawn revolving credit facility, as well as for general corporate purpose. We do not expect this additional debt to have a material impact on GAFG’s financial leverage,” said S&P in a press release.
