Harbourmaster CLO 7 intends to redeem 12 classes of notes on Dec. 22

Norfolk, Va., Dec. 15 – Harbourmaster CLO 7 BV said at least 66 2/3% of the holders of its class C subordinated notes due 2022 exercised their right to require the issuer to redeem 12 classes of notes due 2022, according to a notice.

The following will be redeemed in whole on Dec. 22:

• €576 million of class A1 floating-rate notes;

• €149 million of class A2 floating-rate notes;

• €41 million of class A3 floating-rate notes;

• €38 million of class A4 floating-rate notes;

• €38 million of class B1 floating-rate notes;

• €21 million of class B2 floating-rate notes;

• €62 million of class C subordinated notes;

• €2 million of class S1 combination notes;

• €5 million of class S2 combination notes;

• €3 million of class S3 combination notes;

• €7 million of class S4 combination notes; and

• €4 million of class S5 combination notes.

Harbourmaster is based in the Netherlands.
